At Kamiseta Hotel, all reservations are guaranteed through our secure credit card gateway partners, Paypal or through offline payment (Bank Deposit) not later than 24 hours after the reservation has been made. In the case that no bank deposit has been made after 24 hours, the Kamiseta Hotel holds the right to sell the room/s to other guests.

Rebooking Policy

 

The Kamiseta Hotel does allow rebooking within one (1) year of the original check-in date. Please be reminded that all rebooking must be done at least 9 days before the arrival date.

Changing of reservation from peak season to lean season**

 

 

To our Valued Guests, in the event of excess payment due to room rate difference*, the guest can use it as consumables (e.g extra beds, food and beverage at The Glass House Café and other room charges)

 

*Changing of reservation from lean season to peak season or vice versa.

 

Guests are required to pay room rate difference based on the current peak season rate.
